I'm Melissa, a coach, writer, former nurse, and mum of teens

After developing a chronic illness and completely burning out a few years ago, I knew that something had to change.

I needed to start supporting my wellbeing instead of sabotaging it.

I slowly rebuilt my life on my terms; left my nursing career, started a successful healthcare writing business, and trained as a Transformational Coach, so I could help other women reconnect with themselves to recognise and meet their own needs, before reaching the point of burnout.
